  • Day 1 - Total Body

    Let’s start off this challenge with an epic, total body burn! I designed this workout specifically for this challenge to help us burn those holiday calories.

  • Day 2 - Cardio

    Cardio is a must during the holidays! Let’s burn off the extra calories by increasing our heart rate with this quick cardio burn! Continue your burn with a 20 minute walk after you complete today’s video!

  • Day 3 - Total Body

    Let’s get our heart rates up! Today’s burn will tone & tighten your body from head to toe!

  • Day 4 - Stretch

    Rest. It is so important to allow our bodies time to recover.

  • Day 5 - Cardio

    Time to hit the cardio! Let’s get our heart rates up to burn fat and finish off with a 20 minute walk. You can walk on a treadmill or outside! Your choice. Just make sure to keep a steady pace as you go.

  • Day 6 - Total Body

    Today we will be toning, sculpting and tighten- ing our arms, booty and abs.

  • Day 7 - Cardio (Optional)

    Optional rest day! Our third cardio session of the week! Let’s crush this one!

  • Day 8 - Cardio

    Week 2 is here! Let's start this week off with an epic sweat! Crush this cardio workout and follow it up with a 20 minute walk. You can walk on a treadmill or outside. It’s up to you! Just make sure you keep a steady pace as you go. 

  • Day 9 - Total Body

    A triple burn! Let's knock out these moves that target the arms, booty and abs.

  • Day 10 - Cardio

    Time to hit the cardio! Let's get our heart rates up to burn fat and finish off with a 30 minute walk. If you don't have 30 minutes that's okay!     Rest. It is so important to allow our bodies time to recover. Drink plenty of water and be proud of what you’ve accomplished so far! Try today's stretch video, or take the day to rest your body!

  • Day 12 - Total Body

  • Day 13 - Cardio

    Cardio is a must during the holidays! Let’s burn off the extra calories by increasing our heart rate with this quick cardio burn! Continue your burn with a 10 minute walk after you complete today’s video!

  • Day 14 - Total Body (Optional)

    Let's get our heart rates up! Today's burn will tone & tighten your body from head to toe!

  • Day 15 - Cardio

    Let's start week 3 with a bang! Get your heart rate up with this epic cardio burn! If you feel up to it, continue your burn with a 20 minute walk after you complete today's video.

  • Day 16 - Total Body

    Let's take it to the beach! Today is a total body burn that will blast fat & work your entire body.

  • Day 17 - Cardio
